Amy brings a unique perspective to Sentinel Tax & Business Solutions as both the wife of a 4th-generation rancher and small business owner and a mother of two adventurous boys. Her personal experience with the challenges of agricultural life and small business ownership, combined with her professional expertise, allows her to truly understand the needs of the clients she serves.
Amy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Administration from Western State Colorado University, laying the foundation for her career in financial services. It has been her long-time dream, once forgotten, to be a team member of an accounting firm, and she brings both passion and dedication to her role as Payroll Administrator.
Her life experiences have taught her that while motherhood and agriculture show that life is messy, it’s most enjoyable when it’s spent together. This philosophy influences her approach to work, where she strives to create meaningful connections with clients and colleagues alike. Her understanding of the agricultural industry and small business challenges makes her particularly effective in serving businesses in these sectors.
When she’s not ensuring payroll runs smoothly, Amy enjoys baking, reading, running, and especially summer days on the river with her husband and two young sons.
